Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Aken Studio and the AKEN website (together, the Platform). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must not use the Platform.

Aken Studio is an online tool that lets you configure high-end aluminium and glass window and door systems, visualise the project and generate technical and price estimates. The Platform is in BETA and may undergo changes, adjustments or interruptions at any time, without prior notice.

The prices, dimensions, lead times and specifications presented by the Platform are preliminary estimates generated automatically from the information you provide. They do not constitute a binding commercial offer nor do they guarantee availability, final price or manufacturing feasibility.

Any purchase depends on technical validation, on-site measurement and a formal proposal issued by AKEN. In the event of any discrepancy, the formal proposal shall prevail.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including dimensions, typologies and site conditions. Projects you create are stored on our servers so you can resume your work later, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform is intended for the legitimate quoting and configuration of AKEN products. You must not:

• use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights;
• attempt to access, copy or interfere with systems, source code or other users' data;
• use bots, scrapers or automated means to extract data in bulk;
• reverse engineer, decompile or reproduce the Platform's engineering logic.

All Platform content — brand, logos, text, images, layout, software, structural and pricing engines — is the exclusive property of AKEN or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you.

The Platform is provided “as is”, particularly given its BETA stage. AKEN does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated results will be accurate in every case. This disclaimer does not affect the legal warranties applicable to products actually manufactured and supplied by AKEN.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKEN shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or decisions made solely on the basis of the Platform's preliminary estimates. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law, including those under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

The processing of personal data through the Platform complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018) and is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

AKEN may update these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on this page together with its update date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of [COMARCA/UF] are elected to settle any disputes, waiving any other, however privileged.
